  • Multi-molecule complexes formed on DNA by replication proteins, their structural bases, functions and dynamics
  • Molecular mechanism of protease activity on substrates bound to DNA
  • The function of plasmid encoded post segregational killing system in the context of its components interactions with DNA and their stability
  • Experimental approaches for the analysis of activities conducted on DNA in bacteria, including in vivo tests, in vitro reconstituted assays, real-time kinetic experiments or single-molecule analysis.
