Dr. Aleksandra Siedlar received an international Short Term Scientific Mission grant
We are pleased to inform that Dr. Aleksandra Siedlar from Experimental and Translational Immunology group received an international Short Term Scientific Mission grant under COST Action CA21108: European Network for Skin Engineering and Modeling (NETSKINMODELS).
This cooperation is focused on bringing together researchers from interdisciplinary fields to develop and validate cell-based and computational skin models. Dr. Aleksandra Siedlar will have the opportunity to collaborate with scientists from the University of Radbouda in Nijmegen in Netherlands and gain knowledge about genetic manipulation on 3D skin models.
Short-term scientific missions (STSM) are exchange visits between researchers involved in a COST Action, allowing scientists to visit an institution or laboratory in another COST Member state. Their aim is to foster collaboration in excellent research infrastructures and share new techniques that may not be available in a participant’s home institution or laboratory.
