UG - Department of Biologically Active Compounds Research, has been elected as a mentor for young scientists under the prestigious TopMinds program and the Polish Fulbright Commission in the 2022 edition! TopMinds is a mentoring programme that opens the door to an international career for young Polish scientists. Participation in the programme is open to students and doctoral students who excel in the field of science, full of passion and ambition, focused not only on success in the academic environment, but also continuous development. The fifth edition of TopMinds has just been launched. The participants can look forward to, among other things:

• Individual cooperation with one of our mentors representing various scientific fields;
• The opportunity to develop your academic workshop in collaboration with experts;
• On-site and online training;
• Opportunity to broaden your network of contacts, strengthen your core competences and learn about good practices under the guidance of outstanding specialists.

This year's edition is open for students in their final year of master's studies who are planning their careers in the field of science and persons preparing doctoral theses at Polish universities or scientific and research institutions.
